The Influence of Organizational Culture on the performance of Bank Aceh employees in Aceh Province. The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze and study: (1) Organizational Culture on the performance of Bank Aceh employees in Aceh Province, (2) the amount of contribution of Organizational Culture to employee performance. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling, with a population of 308 respondents. This research was conducted at Bank Aceh in Aceh Province. The analytical tool used is path analysis which is assisted by the calculation using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1). The condition of the Organizational Culture is quite good and (2). Employee performance is quite good. The results of this study suggest that in order to improve the performance of Bank Aceh employees in Aceh Province, the leadership's ability to manage organizational culture and strive to make employees feel satisfied in working as expected is required.
