The Role Of Training Program With UKM Performance In Pekanbaru City

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between training program with organizational performance. The target population is the participant of training program conducted by Training, entrepreneurship and business department from 02 January 2021 to 09 January 2021 (100 participants). Other than that, the total number of sample of this study is 80 people. However, 50 participants or 62,5 % only from sample who returned the questionnaire. The finding of this study is that training program as significant relationship with SMEs performance in Pekanbaru city.
