In the past two decades, Indonesia has experienced significant progress in realizing the NationalLong-Term Development Plan 2005-2025. Per capita income has grown alongside a stable economy, reaching US$4,580 in 2022 from US$710 in 2001. OECD projections state that Indonesia will become the world's 4th largest economy by 2045, driven by the demographic bonus of 2030-2040. The "Second Home Visa" program is a government initiative to stimulate economic growth, attract investments, and enrich culture, aiming to bring about the desired economic transformation. This study assesses the extent to which the implementation of the Second Home Visa can influence national economic growth. The normative-empirical method, drawing from literature reviews, scientific journals, laws, and empirical analyses related to policy implementation, reveals discrepancies in the Second Home Visa policy that need evaluation and revision to achieve optimal results and the intended goals, leading Indonesia to its golden age in 2045, marking 100 years of independence.
