Abstract

The implementation of education certainly requires a good management. This is important to further increase the effectiveness of efficient Education goals. As educational institutions, schools become places for learning to take place that produce graduates who will later contribute to the quality of life for society, the nation of a country. For this reason, the role of a teacher is needed in making this happen. In addition, infrastructure, costs, good curricula are important if they are supported by teaching staff who have good professional performance. This study aims to see the effect of teacher performance on the quality of high school graduation in the former region of Pekalongan. By conducting quantitative research involving the teacher as a respondent has been carried out by testing the effect of the specified variables. The results of the study indicate that teacher performance has a significant effect on the quality of graduation of high school students in the former residency of Pekalongan and there is a significant effect of teacher performance on the quality of graduation in high schools in the area of ​​the former Residency of Pekalongan.
